Building Usage Fees

FEE GUIDELINES

The Building Policy is the guideline establishing all building use fees. All usage fees are to be paid through the Church Administrator’s Office. A Security Deposit of 100% of the usage fee is required by all non-members and member-sponsored events and must be paid in advance. No events will be scheduled until payment is made. There is a cancellation fee of 15% that is not refundable. The usage fees for non-members, who are sponsored by a member, or considered a ministry partner of the church are 50% of those for non-members.

CUSTODIAL FEES

The fee for Custodial Services outside of regular hours is $30.00 per any part of an hour for members and $60 for non-members. Summer Hours begin when school dismisses for the year.

Note: All A/V engineer services are contingent upon engineer availability. Only Pre-approved A/V engineers are to be using the equipment.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A Space Use Request Form must be completed by all groups and submitted to the Administrative Assistant at least two weeks in advance of the activity. The Space Use Request Form provides for every area of the church. All facilities, set-ups and other service needs (i.e. food, sound, etc.) must be included on the form.

An Audio/Visual Setup Request Form is also required if any sound support (even one microphone) or video support is being requested. These should be placed in the sound box in the church office at least four weeks before any event or activity.

Outside groups using the facility must provide a Certificate of Liability and Property Damage insurance coverage naming Grace Baptist Church as an additional insured, prior to the date of the event.

** Grace Baptist Church reserves the right to edit the fee schedule as it sees fit. Be sure to check with the church staff in advance to ensure pricing is still the same.
